that was awesome, also the chicken reminded me of what the pyro (from tf2) would sound like without a helmet.

Just saying, there should definitely be something regarding the people in the Nether. i.e. some dude survived on shroom stew, and stuff,

the fact that he is a drug dealer is really funny, also I kind of wish that you did not add in the pigmen thing, after all, they don't actually do that in the game (but I guess they do tend to wander towards player-created areas so idk. The movie was good, and overall I hope that you bring in these things by the end of the series.

1.) a wither (used by the players or the antagonist to destroy the players (the wither destroys buildings and everything it comes across, also multiple withers can be spawned at a time) or used by the players to destroy the antagonist's building) this would hopefully be either used towards the end at the climax, during the big war with the players of the server, or by gaylord when he goes through the nether, and activates it there (where it destroys the awesome city, see #2)

2.) The Nether, I want to see a city re-built in the nether full of all of the players who were sent there. It would be awesome to see a resistance there, especially if it's frigging awesome (they might be able to get the people back to the real world by entering the Milk Daddy's escape portal, Or gaylord sends that one awesome dude (formerly wearing CSI glasses) to the nether where he unites all of the banished players, and gets them to pwn gaylord, and look for another exit.

3.) TNT cannon, it would be cool to see a full-scale attack from the people in the Nether. THis would mean that they build TNT cannons to fire at galord's huge castle, while the rest of the players actively charge at the castle, at the same time, gaylord creates all kinds of mobs(this would be outside of the castle while they are still charging), and then when they got inside of the actual castle (after breaking the gates with the TNT cannon, there would be really freaky traps (i.e. the passage closes behind the few that made it into the castle, and 100,000,000 NPC villagers are spawned in the long cavern-like passage, (8 blocks high, 8 blocks wide, but very very long) that they are in, along with one zombie on the other side of the huge cavern-like hallway, that the players don't know about. THen, after around 1 minute, and a few screams from the villagers, the players see the horde of infected zombies (zombie villagers) coming after them, and gaining in numbers by the second) THAT would make this awesome. (and of course, Milk daddy, (who does not agree to fight against gaylord because his life is perfect as a drug dealer) comes in just as they are about to die, and throws potions and golden apples that cure the villagers, not to mention the possibility of an iron golem)

and of course at the end they make some kind of bet saying whoever wins in the duel (noobly vs gaylord because everyone else is either dead, and on the other side of the map (from respawning), or unable to enter the area) gets server rights

THAT WOULD BE COMPLETELY AWESOME

[A Tale Of Woe]

SO basically, its a story about survival. The person is running through a war zone in an attempt to escape. However she sees a lot of things, sad things that happen, and sees how the world is not perfect. She also escapes death multiple times, only to be saved by injury in the end. When she is injured, she is saved because she has escaped

Altogether I think it was a good animation. I personally did not especially like the style of the background (real pictures mixed with drawing, Would've liked only drawing more), and also wish that you had put the sketches directly into the document, instead of outlining them in white (you can do this in photoshop then import it into flash, however it was still a great animation and the message was good. also, nice drawing

Thank you for your review, Yeah, I guess that in the next sequel (hopefully; depends) I'll try not to cut away from the outline. It seems pretty clear now. I'm sorry that you didn't like the mixtures from the background. I'll see what I can do to harmonize both elements next time...If anyone wanted to see a sequel:)

The fact that you made the Black person have huge lips, an afro, and too many muscles is enough to be racist, however you also add in the stereotype of all black people being on Welfare! Then to top it off you added cop brutality, and made it seem like black people only use welfare only for drinking, and never actually work...

Great, it wasn't about the animation, it was about the symbolism.

as for the meaning, I may be able to elaborate.

He lost his mother to some kind of murderer who kept a promise to always be there for him. Everything became darker. But in a desperate attempt to continue on with life, he-in his sadness-got the bravery to move on and figure out how it all works (his mom dying was sad, but he wanted to know why). In reality, his mom was just a very small part, a mere piece of the puzzle. Now wherever he goes he learns more, and just like our real life, where we are always learning, so is he. It is a long journey ahead for him, and if he turns back, all will be for nothing, he won't even find comfort because there is no meaning anymore. Even the place he is going is still going to be more hazardous and harder to overcome than the place he was, however now he is moving, and living through life.

well that's definitely not what I was going for but that's an awesome interpretation nonetheless.

It's actually more about the girl (yeah she is a girl actually; although she's purposely drawn fairly androgynous to avoid any sort of gender-based symbolism) discovering something about herself and disagreeing with her mom, but in reality her mom's feelings were more safe and secure, and now she has to deal with this revelation on her own. At first she feels that her mom was just being a bitch and that's why she rejects the heart, but later she realizes that her mother was only trying to protect her from the troubles of her newly discovered condition, and learning that she has to overcome it herself without the help of her mother, since she passed the "event horizon". As such, "Sometimes when you figure out the truth, there's no going back".

The new world represents the cold, dark truth. It shows how even though the naive girl thought it was better, it's not really any better, and now she can't return to the world she knew previously.
